Many celebrities don’t heed the advice about having a lover’s name tattooed on their bodies. Many celebrities, both men and women have inked an ex on their skin and have either had the name tattoo covered or laser removed. Angelina Jolie and Billy Bob Thorton, Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, Pamela Anderson, and Johnny Depp are just a few examples.

Angelina and Billy Bob both had each other’s names tattooed on their arms. Angelina decided to cover Billy’s name with the birthplaces of her children while Billy Bob had Angelina’s name covered with a fairy and the word “peace.”

Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen also decided to show their love by having each other’s name inked on their bodies. “Charlie” was tattooed on Denise’s ankle while “Denise” was tattooed on Charlie’s wrist. Once they divorced, Denise had her “Charlie” transformed into a fairy while Charlie had his “Denise” tattoo lasered away.

Pamela Anderson had Tommy tattooed on her ring finger when she was in love with him. When the love fizzled she had the “T” turned into an “M” for Mommy. Johnny Depp another celebrity that inked himself with “Winona Forever,” to show his love for Winona Rider, only to later have it changed to “Wino Forever” when things went sour.

There is still a whole new slew of celebrities donning their lover’s name in ink. Therefore, tattoo removal and cover-ups will still be a popular topic for years to come.
